Updating
Every month we run the updates on a copy of your site first. If a plugin breaks the layout, we solve it there and you never see it. When the update is safe it goes to the live site.
Editing
Text, photos, PDF newsletters, a new board list, an event that has to come down again. Small edits are included in every plan and go live within two working days.
Security
Weekly backups stored away from your hosting, login protection, and a firewall in front of the site. We test a restore twice a year so we know it works before you need it.
SEO
We start with the basics that matter for a local organisation: page titles, headings, readable text, a correct Google Business listing and a site that loads fast on an old phone.

Yes. You keep your own logins. We are there for the parts nobody wants to touch.
We build those too, as a one off project. After that it moves into a monthly plan.
