Every plan includes the updates, the backups and a person who answers your email. The difference is how much editing and support you need on top of that.

In every plan
Core, plugins and themes are updated on a copy of your site first, so a plugin that breaks the layout never reaches your visitors.
A full backup every week, stored away from your hosting and kept for three months. We test a restore twice a year.
Send the change in an email. There is no ticket system to learn, no portal to log into and no hourly billing for a new photo.
One page a month: what was updated, what was backed up, and anything we think the board should know about.
One off work
Not everything belongs in a monthly plan. A new website, a move to better hosting or a clean up after a hack is quoted as a project. You get a fixed price in writing first, so the treasurer knows the number before we touch anything.
What we will tell you
If a plan is more than you need, we will say so. A few of our smallest clients pay nothing at all, because their site is quiet and a yearly check is enough.

Yes, 21 percent on top of the prices above. Most ANBI foundations cannot reclaim it, so we always quote it separately.
