No technical words in our emails. If we cannot explain a problem to your treasurer, we have not understood it well enough ourselves.
About
A small studio in Groningen that answers the phone
Webmkr.eu started in 2019 after one too many church websites went offline because the volunteer who built it had moved away. We now look after around thirty sites for non-profits in the north of the Netherlands.
How we work
Three habits we do not break
One fixed price
You know the monthly amount before you start. Bigger work gets a quote first, so there is never an invoice you did not expect.
You own everything
Domain, hosting and logins stay in your name. If you ever leave, you take the whole site with you and we help with the handover.
Who we work with
Boards, councils and volunteers
●
Protestant and catholic parishes, and student churches
●
Foundations with an ANBI status and a yearly report to publish
●
Neighbourhood groups, choirs and food initiatives
●
Small charities that need one person to call
Based in Groningen. We work across Friesland, Drenthe and Groningen, and remotely for organisations further away.
Why we keep doing this
A church website is often the first place a person looks when they are lonely, grieving or new in town. It should work.
